The Jaayton Wells approach to shipping software
How we deliver production-grade software in weeks, not months — a look at our discovery, sprint, and handoff process.

Great software is boring to build and exciting to use. Here is the process we use with every client, big or small.
Week 0 — Discovery
We spend a paid week understanding your business, users, constraints and success metrics. You get a written brief and a fixed-scope proposal at the end.
Weeks 1–N — Two-week sprints
Every two weeks you see working software in your browser, plus a demo and a written summary. No "we will show you in a month" surprises. If priorities shift, we replan openly.
Launch week — Handoff, not abandonment
We hand you documented code, deployment pipelines, admin credentials and a 30-day support window. Most clients then move to a light monthly retainer with us — because software is a garden, not a statue.
